What helps for a plan question?
The username of the account that should carry the plan and the email you used at checkout. With those two the plan is found and moved in one reply.
Do members need to write, or only the organiser?
Anyone can write. Members answer consultations with free accounts and never pay; questions about the plan usually come from the organiser.
