What the numbers mean.
- What counts as a consultation.
Every consultation you create counts against the calendar month you created it in. Answers, comments, votes and members never count against anything. On the free tier the third consultation of a month waits for the next month; on Board the limit is one hundred.
- Attachments.
One file up to 512 KB per consultation on the free tier; three files up to 2 MB each on Board, from the same document and image types.
- Saved groups.
Three on the free tier, thirty on Board: the full board, each committee, each working group, so an invitation is one tap.
- Who the plan belongs to.
The account that pays. Members answer with free accounts, on any tier.
Paying, cancelling, refunds.
How fast is the plan switched on?
Within a minute of the payment. In the app, open Settings and press Refresh limits; the new numbers appear under your limits.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled by Stripe. At checkout you enter the username of the account to upgrade; the receipt arrives by email from Stripe.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the link in the receipt. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid, then the account goes back to the free tier. Nothing you created is deleted.
Changed your mind?
Within 14 days, write to us and you get the money back.
I typed the username wrong at checkout.
Write to us with the receipt and the right username, and the plan is moved to it.
Do I need a card for the free tier?
No. The free tier has no card, no trial and no expiry.
